About us

The founder, Ana Diez, is a Telecommunications Engineer. After more than 15 years as an international project director in multinational companies—gaining deep knowledge of different cultures and their ways of working—she decided to shift her career upon realizing the need for quality domestic service in many households, including her own.

After establishing L’Atelier 10 as the leading agency in Spain, and recognizing the evolving needs of new clients, she launched InmoL’Atelier, a tailor-made service agency for the residential sector, fully adapted to each client’s needs.

This new branch of L’Atelier grew rapidly in 2023, becoming a benchmark company in the industry.

For this project, she has surrounded herself with a dedicated executive team exclusively focused on Residential Luxury Care.
