Prices with room to grow
The average price per square meter in the prime markets of Madrid and Barcelona stands at €11,000 and €8,600, respectively. These figures place them below other Southern European capitals such as Athens (€11,600), Lisbon (€13,800), and Rome (€14,300), and still far behind Paris (€18,600) and London (€18,900). For 2025, Madrid and Barcelona rank among the top five cities expected to see the strongest growth over the next twelve months, with projected increases between 4% and 5.9%.
